This morning I rolled out my mat with an anxiety that I could not define. As I let go of the wobbles and dug into the practice I realized what I needed to start this post with today. TRU Palm Beach is a not just new a business it is a journey that started 5 years ago. I found a practice, friendship, support, healing and the knowledge that I can get through anything and accomplish everything I set my mind to.
